I am starting a personal training business, what are some of the legal action I would have to take to start the business right?

Apart from all the same threshold legal considerations any business has (entity structure, trademark clearance, etc.) you will also have some specific issues like whether you are required to comply with any licensing requirements, for example. A lot of this you can investigate and research yourself, but you are going to need some legal guidance in any event.
