Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

Is it against the law to set up a "Nanny Cam" if verbal abuse and badgering is expected? Also what can be done once this action INDEED was captured on video?

The person being abused DID in-fact know the "Nanny Cam" was recording. Also they suffered a stroke due to these actions.

It is a matter of where the Nanny Cam was installed. It is lawful what happens in you own home when you are not there.
