Legal Question in Construction Law in New Jersey

can a contractor be liable for leaving their garbage on a client's property? Also, the work was not done properly on the property [nails sticking out from the walls]. Three months have passed with broken promises and now the contractor sends all calls made to voice mail.

It may be time to sit down with a lawyer and go over it. This does not sound like a contractor who will respond to your attempts to ask him to take care of the mess he left.

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and I will go over this with you, and give you some advice.
