Purchase Agreement

Purchased painting on charge card 11/24/01. Painting being shipped from Home Ofc to store. Decided to cancel on 12/5/01. Store will not credit back my charge card but will give in store credit only. This credit good for one year. I want my account credited back because I paid for in good faith. What are my options.
