Is there interest accruing on a Judgment?

If I have a judgement made against me for $13,000, will interest acrue on that until time of payment?

Yes, interest will continue to accrue on a New Jersey state court judgment or the outstanding balance thereof. The rates can change from one year to the next and are governed by the New Jersey Rules of Court. Post judgment interest also accrues on federal judgments entered in New Jersey.
