what does ''his answer be supressed, without prejudice'' mean?

It likely means that whoever filed the answer has failed to respond to discovery and is now in danger of having his answer disregarded by the court. That would mean that the plaintiff wins by default.
If you know the person whose answer is subject to being suppressed, you should advise him/her to consider representation by a lawyer.
