stolen ssn

my ssn was stole in 2004 whom stole my id and applied many many credit cards in diff erent names now i got afew phone from the colletion agenies also got the court ordor to withdrewed the money from my bank acconut which ido not even know where held the hearing because i never get any notice from the court
