You will be beaten with a wet noodle until you die.

On the other hand you are a first offender and are entitled to apply for first offender treatment, leading to the dismissal of your charge.

Call me if you like.

Re: 2c:35-10a (4)

There are certain first time offender programs that might apply, and it may be possible to seek a downgrade or dismissal, but without knowing some details I'd just be guessing at this point..... YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL, some of the possibilities might cause you to lose your driver's license.

I work primarily in South Jersey, so if you want more advice and the case is below Trenton, call or write me back at [email protected]

Re: 2c:35-10a (4)

It depends. Have you ever had any other type of drug charge before (besides marijuana)? Have you ever been entered into any other type of probationary program before? If the answer is no to both of these then likely you will be able to apply for the conditional discharge program which will put you on probation for a year with a dismissal of the charge after you successfully complete your probation. If the answer to either question is no, then you will be facing the full charge, which carries up to 6 months in jail and $1,000.00 or more dollars in fines. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thnk you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
