Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I was charged with 3rd degree criminal mischief. The police accused me of causing 2k in damages.
The police said i punched holes in the bar bathroom walls. I never did any of the damage nor did i admit to anything. There may be a video of me removing a picture frame from a wall and dropping it but never any more damage. The picture frame was not damaged i just simply removed it from the wall and dropped it. Do they have a case if all they have is a video of me taking a picture frame down? Also there is no possible way for there to be any video of me causing more damage because it never happened.
