driving while license suspended

if a person with a suspended license drive my card and get into an accident am i responsible for the offence?

You could possibly be charged with permiting that person to operate your vehicle while he/she was suspended. If that happenned you would be subject to the same penalties as you would if you were operating the car. The state would have to show that you knew the that the operator's license was suspended. If you knew the person's license was suspended and you let them drive anyway, this is a violation against you under the NJ traffic code (Allowing a suspended driver to drive).
