if i hav a warrant for being in arrears on payment for a fine, what can i do,to fix it

Call the court and speak with the court administrator and explain your situation and arrange for a date to appear in court, soon, and DO NOT GO TO COURT WITH SOME MONEY TO PAY ON THE FINE.
