If you are on probation as part of receiving first offender treatment, upon completing your supervision your charge can be expunged. If you pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute and the final charge involved a small amountof hashish or marijuana you can get an expungement after ten years of not getting arrested or charged again, followingl your completing your probation and paying all fines.
