Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

my husband is indicted on numerous charges from different open cases he has new new charge of eluding and resisting arrest by state troopers who have a video hes telling me if i bail him out he can get probation for the eluding charges as well as the other open charges i dont know if hes telling the trust if he is what lawyer can make this happen
