What is the penalty for using someone else's bank account information to pay your bills?

You have described a theft offense. The penalty depends on how much money you took. If it were $200.00 or less there is a maximum sentence of six months. If it were more than $200.00 and less than $500.00 the maximum sentance is 18 months. If it were $500 or more the maximum sentence would be five years. If it were $75,000 or more the maximum sentence would be ten years in prison.
