Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I was recently arrested after I was invited to a Strip Club by an undercover officer where I did some things that got me into trouble.

In the strip club, the undercover officer offered me sexual favors, saying he knew a guy in the club who could get me some private time in the VIP room with the dancers

The undercover officer also bought me alcoholic beverages, fondled the strippers and put money down their bras and panties.

Is this considered police misconduct or illegal? If the officer is pimping and pandering, isn't this illegal too?

This could be entrapment or have some other similar defense...

The officer him or herself might have some criminal liability...

I suggest you get a lawyer....

I am curious to know your age as well.....

Call me to discuss the matter if you wish.

I don't understand what exactly you were charged with, but every case is unique and what you say about the conduct of the undercover officer could work in your defense. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
