It is possible to file a motion to suppress the evidence. I have filed many such motions in the past and always look at a case with that in mind. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

You are entitled to file a motion to suppress the evidence, including your statements if the statements were obtained by coercion or by other means which violated your constitutional rights.

Call me to discuss your case, if you like.
