I am unclear as to what you are asking. Every individual charged with a time is entitled to plead the fifth so as to not incriminate themselves. Please give me a call for a free initial consultation if you require counsel. 215/592/0780.

Re: I am to testify against my fiancee and I dont want to

Your question is confusing. You are asked to testify against your fiancee but then you say that you are facing charges. Which is it? You need an attorney ASAP if you don't already have one. There is not fiancee privilege so you can't hide behind that. A good attorney can help you out with this.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
