Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I had a TRO issued against me in December but such was dismissed in January. Prior to this dismissal, I had violated the TRO. At the violation hearing, a no contact order was issued but not in writting, outlining the nature of the no contact. Subsequently, my girlfriend and I got back together - I was even arrested in her car on an old warrant and she came and bailed me out. After that, I left her again but we still met, talked and texted. She has recently signed a criminal complaint against me for violating this no contact order. Can she now be heard to complain about my violating this no contact order when she's bailing me out of jail ????

The problem is that people often overlook important aspects of their relationship with other people. You CAN NOT have a relationship with someone who has a no contact order against you. MAKE HER WITHDRAW the order before you have anything to do with her. Call me if you like. I will help you.
