Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

If I write a letter to a judge asking the judge to NOT consider probation will the defendant see it? Who does the judge allow to read the letter?

Are you the victim in this case?

The judge will probably let the defendant's attorney know that a request was made.

However, if you asked to remain anonymous the judge will likely honour your request.
