Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Jersey

Employment - Discrimination

I was discriminated 4 days ago; one of the project managers at my company started screaming at me and told me if I speak English. Due to this issue I found out that he had a meeting where he was advise to think before speaking out! Since he was advise and it was 4 days ago, I didn't tell HR, can I make a case? Can I sue? I still feel discriminated, frustrated for been a minority and been a woman.

Re: Employment - Discrimination

I would need more details to give you an answer concerning the strength of your case. Initially, I would like to know if there were any other instances and what the source of your information concerning his reprimand was who reprimanded him. Also, I would like to know exactly what it was he screamed at you, who was present and how it effected you in greater detail. Last, I am assuming that you are still working there but I would need details concerning how this project manager's behavior has effected your workplace as well. Send me an email so we can consult.
