Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Jersey

I work for a large private business who goes out of its way to promote "diversity" in the workforce. In doing this, they have alienated caucasian workers. Preference in hiring is given to any minority. When there is a round of layoffs, it is largely comprised of caucasians because they are afraid that minorities will sue. Caucasians' work is scrutinized carefully while minorities are given a lot of slack with errors. It's rumored that bonuses are given to managers who hire, promote and retain minorities. If this could be proven, would there be grounds for a reverse discrimination lawsuit? There would be no incentive to hire caucasians anymore, thereby discriminating.
