Re: 3rd dui question

You should retain private counsel as soon as possible. This carries some stiff penalties. Feel free to call our offices or e-mail me directly.

Re: 3rd dui question

No, you cannot pass go. You must go directly to jail for at least 90 days. No way around it except to beat the case and that starts with speaking with a good attorney.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

Re: 3rd dui question

On a third dui conviction a jail sentence is inescapable. The question whether you are guilty this time and whether one of you prior dui convictions can be challenged.

Re: 3rd dui question

If you are the one that is sick, a motion can be filed to try to get an alternative sentence. In the situation you describe though you cannot get an alternative to jail. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
