If you have comp0leted your conditional discharge successfully then you are just looking at facing the new drug charge itself. If you have not successfully completed the conditional discharge before picking up this new charge then you are looking at a violation of the conditional discharge so you would then go back to the municipal court to be resentenced on the drugh charge out of there and you would also be facing the new drug charge in whatever court, superior or municipal, where that case is being heard; In short, you would be facing two drug charges at once. I storngly suggest you hire a lawyer at this point. Please contact my office to discuss your case in more detail. Thank you.
