Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Appealing a Judgment

Do the reasons for appealing have to be provided in the notice of appeal or can that be provided in the legal brief?

Are there any sample appeals available for viewing?

Re: Appealing a Judgment

A Notice of Appeal must state (briefly) the areas of the judgment or order from which you seek relief and (briefly) the basis for the appeal - which generally coincide with the point headings as to how and why you believe the judge erred. If you email me, I can send you a copy of the forms. [email protected].
