Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have a very complicated situation. I'm not legally seperated, but living with my mother and my 3 children away from my husband due to his failing mental and physical health. He has huntington's disease if you'd care to look it up. I share legal guardianship over him with his father. My parents are planning to move to Virginia from NJ when they retire. I'd like to go with them as most of my family is already there but my husband is better off staying in nj close to medical resources with knowledge of his disease. Would I be able to move with my children?
