Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have court on Nov. 15 for full custody of my daughter. Me and her father currently have a joint custody agreement and I have residential custody - but he hasn't seen her since February ! I get not financial help from him, all I get is a headache. When we talk it's via text ONLY, there are occasions when he'll say he can't wait to the baby and I'll reply "when are you planning to do that?" and what I get back is always that he's waiting for me. The few times we make an actual arrangement for him to see her - he either is stuck at work, or forgets and thinks it's the next day. From what I've read I thought after 90 days of not seeing your child you could legally loose your rights anyway and its been well over the 90 day mark, but now he told me he went and filed for visitation. I have no problem at all with my daughter father being able to see her but I DO NOT want him being able to take her alone, anywhere at anytime. I was with him for 2 years, he is not responsible, he doesn't eat properly, he doesn't pay attention to any of his children when they're around, he hangs out in the ghetto, probably is living in the ghetto again - I honestly don't know ... I have no clue where he lives, if he even really works right now or where. So I need to know if I need a lawyer to actually get my full custody and relieve him of his rights and to make it so he can't take my child alone or if I'm gonna just lost either way now.

Hiring a lawyer is always a smart move because you do not know the law and you do not have experience. Call me at 1-855-9-JEFLAW to discuss.
