Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

daughter refuses to leave

My 42yr old daughter pays 200$ rent to stay at my house. To many problems have come out of her being here and i told her over a month ago to get out. How do i get her out of my house legally. Do i need to put it in writting? If so how many days do i give her to get out? Then what if she still refuses to leave. Please help me.

Re: daughter refuses to leave

You will have to evict her. You must go to the Special Civil Part at the Bergen County Court House and complete

a complaint for the possession of the premises from your daughter. I am willing to help you with this problem

for a reasonable flat fee.

Call me if you like.

Re: daughter refuses to leave

The fact that she pays you rent is the problem so you will have to evict her. I suggest you contact an attorney to help you with this.
