Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am divorced with an eight year old I have a child support case with visitations. my ex remarried and his new wife will not allow my son to be apart of there new lives (he didn't even get invited to the wedding) she has her own daughter from a previous relationship and tell her daughter that my ex his her father. my ex lets her control the situation and I can only call her, she wont allow me to speak to him to make arrangements. its been months since my son has seen his father and he is now having problems at school (crying and feeling sad) I tried to reach out to my ex's new wife but now she just ignores my calls. he has not paid his child support (owes $10k plus) and he is not abiding by the visitation arrangements we have and I'm not receiving the spousal support payments either.
