Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Father Visitation Rights

Mother objects to children meeting girlfriend and has obtained letter from psychologist supporting her view. She has also resisted developing a parenting plan and rejected all attempts of mediation. I would like to increase my visitation (only seeing children once a week) with no overnights. I have found out, however, that she does have a relationship with another man and has introduced the children to him.
