Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My friend found her husband with another woman and took their picture. They have a house they purchase and most of the money came from her. He has not really contributed to the mortgage and although they live under the same roof he treats her like the maid. Could she walk away from the house and could the deed for the house be put in his name? Need help for my friend.
