Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex gf and I both have joint legal and shared physical custody of our 4 year old son. She is telling me that she has control over everything in his life and makes all the decisions by herself. I know this is not right. What can I do if she does something without consulting me.

She is absolutely incorrect. You need to assert yourself to be sure you have the proper input. If you do not have a Court Order indicating custody and parenting time terms, you would need to get one. It is always best to have an attorney assist you.
