Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

HI,
my divorce settlement states that my ex wife has one year to pay me $150,000 for the home and to refinance it in her name. That was signed 2008, she has failed to do either. She somehow got the deed to the property worth 800,00 in her name solely and the $600,000 mortgage still has my name on it. I was paying child support for two children up until 2012 when I became unemployed. I am back to work for the past year and child support has not continued. How should I proceed? She says a judge told her she doesn\'t have to pay me the $150,000 because I owe some child support. I don\'t know where to begin the battle. My credit score is now a 400! I need serious help and now I\'m broke and she is \"squatting\" in the million dollar home! HELP!!
