Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

is there a law in NJ that says a mother cannot move out of the state with her children? my friend is planning to move from NJ to Indiana. her fiance' lives there has a home and stable job. What would she need to do to be able to move without any legal troubles.??

Your friend should contact me immediately. She should not leave the State of New Jersey until she gets some legal advice, and takes the steps that she needs to take. If she just moves out, she could be facing some serious problems.
