Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex, we were never married, and I have 50/50 custody. One full week with me and one full week with him. He has ppr, unjustly. He wants to move with his new family from NJ, where my daughter was born, to Indiana because he says it's too expensive to live here. I am not moving because I have created a life for her and I here. I'm not from NJ but because of our court order I had to stay here because it is where she was born and her father still lived here. What are the chances that the court will allow him to take her to Indiana and away from me?
