Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Married 12 yrs, both work, incme 75 and 85k, no children house. Only eligible pension during he marriage is 10K with 17 in 401K, Age 61 and 56 ( I'm older). No issue on my settling property in house, or even her buying me out, no equity . I have cheated more that 10yrs ago, but my understanding NJ in no fault state Like to get a divorce afraid wife may hurt me or cause representational damage. She has threaten to say she is afraid and have me put out, for me to pay mtg and other expense. I'm barely making it now because I have paid the mtg, property tax and insurance since married, in addition to all my personal expenses. the first three are more than 54% of my take home pay.
