Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have been paying child support and alimony for 18 years. My daughter starts college in the fall and my ex-wife refuses to help with tuition. Is there anything I can do about this?? Reduce child support?? My daughter spends alot of her time at my home with my wife and son. I want to help my daughter as much as possible but $10,000 per year for tuition and approx $11,000 that I currently pay in child support and alimony seems a little unfair that my ex wife does not have to worry about college at all. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Ken

Ken,

You have to file a motion to reduce child support and seek college contribution. These motions are typically referred to as Newburgh motions.
