Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

a) Can I protest the divorce filed by my wife? I am Indian citizen, Hindu married in India living here in US as a resident.

Indian Hindu married in 2004. moved to US in 2009. Green card holder for the past two years. As per Hindu marriage ACT, all marriage issues should be resolved per Hindu Marriage Act in Indian courts. Indian courts don't recognize the divorce decree given by any other court. Also I wanted to go back to India in future. My wife filed petition in MN. What are the options that I could tell the court that I wanted to settle this in India.
