Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Im trying to get sole custody of my son. visitations were set up (i dont agree with what was set up), my son's father took a drug test and failed one part of it, he came to my families house a weekend he wasnt allowed to get him (cops were called and i filed a police report), he owes child support, he doesnt have a place to live, hes not working, and he hasnt been helping me with out son. what i want to know is with all of this will i get what im asking for? i dont feel that my son would be safe going with him (he lives in a totallt diff town, supervised visitations were set but i was told that my son's grandmother doesnt have to be around once they get to his town and i dont like that. his mom does drugs also). i have a court date oct 19th for child support and for custody and i just need to feel as if im going to get what im asking for. thank you

As one Judge told me, family court is chaos at all times. Thus, you can never be assured of any results. If you have an attorney, your chances usually increase. Without one, well then, who knows. Call me anytime at 732/773/2768 to discuss further.
