Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

visitation

I live in NJ where my son was born on 7-21-07, My gf and I lived with my mom, on 8-30 she moved back with her mom in E. Berlin Pa. Where do I file for visitation in PA where she now is or NJ where she was living with me and where he was born.

NJ should have jurisdiction. Children that are natives of NJ cannot be removed from the state without consent of both parents.

Custody matters are generally handled by the child's home state i.e. where the child has resided for the prior 6 months.
