Confidential Information Release

Small business center has a confidentiality policy to not release information of business who contact them for assistance. Company A contacts small business center and inquires about Company B's marketing services. Small business employee then posts on their website disparaging remarks about Company B along with the inital request of Company A. Does company A and Company B have any legal recourse?
