Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

filling charges against a person at work for my break down

This person at work said to someone else I was abusing a dog when I bated it, I over heard the conversation and confronted her. She said I was knocking the dog around in the tub, which I was not. I did have to hold on tightly due to the reputation of the dog being a bitter and we were the 9th groomer she had taken the dog too.

After the bath the dog was put in a dryer and then muzzeled from grooming which some one had to hold the head so it could't bite the groomer,.

When the owner came to pick it up I went back and put the leash on, lifted it and brought it out, never once did it run, hide or try to attack me. All I did was let the dog through his temper tantrums and then start again, there was no coughing, strangaling or crys of pain. The next day the woman called to let me hear a message on the phone that someone had left.

It said your dog was abused when bathed and she should call the police and SPCA to fill charges.

The owner also told me that when she took her pet to day care it finaly listened for the 1st time.

This hurt me so bad I could not work with this girl again, so I walked out, cryed for 4 days got welbutron and zanex for depresion.

I still can not go back there

This is a website to ask attorneys questions. If you want to file criminal charges, you need to talk to the police, not attorneys. However, my suggestion is to do your best to move on since I don't think a cop or an attorney is going to help you here.
