Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

harassment at the work place

An employee pounded her fists on the hood of my car and shouted to me in an aggrevated manner. The pounding was so hard and voracious that I thought there would be dents in the hood of my car. She then came to the drivers window and pointed her finger towards my face(thewindow was open) and said ''YOU! DON't Ever Park in MY SPOT again!!'' There is no assigned parking at our agency. She also parked her car so close that I could not get in my vehicle. She did this in order to see who's vehicle it was, knowing the individual would have wait until she moved her car before getting into theirs. Do I have any legal recourse?
