Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I am interested in suing my tax accountant for misleading and frauluent information in the sale of her home to my wife and I. It is my contention that she maintains a custodial responsibility in regards to our finances and violated that trust by inducing us to buy her home only to find the true value of the home is about half of what we paid. Is this a viable legal action?
