lawsuit against condo association

we had filled a lawsit against condo association (total 28 plaintiffs) and I want to withdraw my name from the litigation. how can i do it so that it does not harm other plantiffs. at this time, depositions are being carried out.

Your lawyer can help you with that question. It should be a simple matter of filing a motion. The nature of the suit may dictate that you get separate counsel to do that. Your current lawyer will know if that is true and will advise you. Unless there are counterclaims, the court will usually grant a request to withdraw.

If you believe that the reasons for your withdrawal may prejudice the other plaintiffs, the judge MAY agree to have your certification submitted ex parte (without the other parties reading it). That gets a bit trickier, but your lawyer will be able to advise you once he or she knows the facts and the reasons why you want out.
