Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

How would I learn whether I am being blacklisted in the legal community? I am a paralegal with more than two decades of experience. For several years, I have suspected that I could have been or could still be blacklisted. Is there an actual blacklist site or written info or would it be word of mouth. Also, I would like to know if any employer is allowed to say disparaging things to people calling for references or employment/project verification? None of the foregoing would be based on my work product or work ethic.

I know of no such blacklist.

If you have a problem with a former employer, I know some very tough employment lawyers who could investigate and perhaps assist you.

Call me if you want their names and phone numbers. This website will not let me post that.
