I am a union ironworker in phila pa my wife & I are split up what % is she intitled to & also how do I go about taking my annuity out with out my wifes signature

Its not that simple. I would need to look at the entire case to give you an idea as to who should get what. Likewise, taking out your annuity can land you in a lot of trouble. Don't do anything without hiring a lawyer. Call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss further.
