Hello,

I was dating a guy and authorized him to charge 4,500 to my credit card because he promised to pay it back and i thought i could trust him. Now that we are split he doesnt want to pay the money he owes me. We had a verbal agreement that he would pay it back. I need some advice because i dont know what to do to get my money back

Re: verbal agreement

Your verbal agreement is not worth anything. You cannot prove that this was not a gift.

You may want to speak to an attorney. Feel free to give me a call.
