Legal Question in Health Care Law in New Jersey

hi, my question is that I have signed a paper with a temp agency a few years ago to let them know if I get a job as an assistant so, recently I got my license and practice hygienist position and I am getting sued for not letting them know about my job which is completely different from dental assistant position for which I signed papers with temp agency so, can i be liable for that?

Robert Davies The Davies Law Firm, P.A.

They sued you . You must respond or they will get a court judgment against you for the biggest amount of money that they can persuade the Judge to give them. They will then force payment from you using the legal system; this can include garnish your wages, seize your bank account and try to take your car. You will have to fight the lawsuit.

Please contact me immediately, come in to my office and see me. I will discuss your situation for free, and tell you what I think you will need to do to fight this. No charge for the office visit.
