i am dating a indian man and he wants to marry me but he is still marriade in indian and has two children he wants to divorce the wife but wants to bring his children here to the USA what he must do

He must obtain a final divorce from his current wife, first of all. He can't marry you while being married to another woman in India.

When he is divorced and you are married, and IF his wife would allow him to take their kids to USA, then you (provided that you are a US citizen) might be able to petition and sponsor all of them (husband and kids).
