i am disabled recieving social security benifits from my past work

i got married in 2010 i have a 3 year old daughter who is an american citizen my wife is dominican can i bring my wife to the united states and if so what do i need to do?

You did not state your immigration status. However, if you are a U.S citizen or a Green Card holder then Yes, you can petition for your wife to come to the U.S. You may go to USCIS.GOV and complete form I-130 to start the process.
